At Licorice, we want every bite to be perfect; if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, open packages cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Return Process

Ensure your licorice packaging is unopened, sealed, and within the 30-day purchase window to qualify for a full refund.

- 3.Ship Your Items
Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to your original box.
- 4.Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned sweets, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
